brilliant - absolue must have!
This is in the Das Haus league - in fact if you like the songs more than the extended workouts you will prefer this. A really tight, 'unplugged' performance. Ryan is in tip top vocal form - his voice soars and the harmonies are spot on too. The songs sound better here than on Easy Tiger! The recording is top notch too. He just goes from strength to strength - probably the best live performer in the world at the moment?
Thanks to all involved in letting us share this.

Getting Higher
Bill - great job putting this one together. Great sound - nice set list everything about this one is worth grabbing.
The Manchester Academy show is a great one as well from this tour - be sure to check the SBD of that one.

Awesome Show and Recording -- Any Chance of a 24/96 Flac Set?
This was the first RA show I attended and I enjoyed it even more than I thought I would. Now we are blessed with this awesome recording -- thanks for taping and posting!
Any chance of posting a 24/96 Flac file set? I would love to burn a hi-rez DVD-Audio disc of this show.

BRILLIANT !!!!!!!!!
Truly brilliant show and recording. I used to much prefer his solo concerts, but the current Cardinals set up have added an extra dimension. Many thanks to Tears of Gold for making so much fantastic music available.

Amazing Perfromance
I was at the show and I agree that Ryan sounded 100 times better than when I saw him on the Cold Roses tour in 2005. He performed great at that show as well, but this show was musically superior by far. He has really found his voice again and even if he did not play or move around the stage I am happy to know that I was a part of his sober, focused, new career. I would never want him to change, but I am happy to know that he can still move upward rather than peaking. GREAT RECORDING!

Holy-Moly-Guacamole
Without doubt the most beautiful gig since das haus. the quality is superb, but the perfomance is better. compare the emotion present in listsning to "Easy Tiger" in comparison to this. He is a live artist, who has reached some kind of "peak". Anyone who enjoys this man's music is blessed. By the way, can anyone answer why the clarity od das haus is so crisp, in comparison to every other boot-leg ever made ever?

As Good As Ever
The four star rating is only because there are so many shows... and they all can't be the best.
The sound is top-notch(five stars *****)
Thanks to all involved in getting this on the Internet Archive.

Great Quality....interesting show......
I was at this show, and let me tell you...sobriety has done wonders for Ryan Adams' voice. I mean it was always fantastic, but he has sounded incredible this tour. The recording gets 5 stars, however the show itself was a bit disappointing. Ryan sat down the entire time as did the cardinals. Not once did ryan pick up a guitar or touch the piano. Either way, it sounds great. If you are into 29 and the new album, you'll love the setlist, but those looking for an eclectic Adams show should check out the Northern Lights show, or the 2005 Higher Ground show.
